Christmas in July Embroidery Retreat July 16th - 19th
This is for checking in on Thursday. If you would like the option to check in on Wednesday you can add "early arrival" for an additional $25. This gets you Wednesday evening stay but no food or instruction will be offered on Wednesday. The full $25 early arrival fee must be paid in full whether you are choosing full pay or half pay. To add the early arrival fee, set the quantity on the "Early Arrival" from "0" to "1".

Join us for our Christmas in July Embroidery Retreat featuring the Designs by Juju Nutcracker Tree Skirt!
Our retreat house includes:
room for 8 people to sew and sleep comfortably
8 twin size beds with pillows, comforters, and quilts
2 full bathrooms with showers (no tubs)
8 six foot sewing tables with additional ironing tables at each station
a separate cutting table
separate ironing station
A full kitchen stocked with pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc..
Kitchen will have coffee available and a light assortment of snacks

The Lulu and Hazel Pop Up Shop will be available during certain hours of the retreat!
For this retreat, lunch and supper will be provided Thursday, Friday and Saturday as part of your retreat fee. Breakfast will NOT be provided on any day, although some of the snacks provided in the kitchen may be suitable breakfasts for some. No meals will be provided on Sunday or if you chose to purchase the additional Early Arrival for Wednesday the 15th.

Because many people already have the Designs by Juju Nutcracker Tree Skirt pattern already purchased and downloaded, the pattern is NOT PROVIDED with your retreat fee. You must purchase and download the design ahead of time. The design can be found at the following link: NUTCRACKER TREE SKIRT (this design is on sale from Designs by Juju through June 1st).
Fabric and stabilizers are NOT PROVIDED with your retreat fee. You must bring your own fabrics and stabilizers. You will be emailed a supply list and more information upon paying your registration fee so you can have your fabrics ready for the retreat.
If you would rather not bring your own fabric, an OPTIONAL FABRIC KIT is available to add to your retreat for $ 125 plus tax. Fabric in the fabric kit will be cut to size and stabilized. Fabric kit will NOT include your hooping stabilizer.
